Bramley 20

1:59.30 ish (offical results still awaiting publication). Quicker than I'd been expected so pretty pleased. Race report and photos to follow.

nice one - good race isn't it? That suggests you are in sub 2:40 (pure) marathon shape. Recover properly, and avoid the temptation to hammer on the run too soon - avoiding injury essential. So, swimming and biking ideal!
