How to ruin a photo in one easy step

I've been back from SA for about a week and, exactly like my last visit, I had an excellent time, all be it a little shorter than I might have liked! I managed to log a decent 28 hours of training mostly made up of some epic runs and a couple of rather pleasant bikes rides; as nice from the view from Box Hill is, it doesn't really compare to Lion's Gate (over-looking Cape Town) or Cape Point, although the weather may have some influence my opinion.

My camera was with me on most of the sessions and I think I've worked out how to ruin even the most spectacular of views:

Camp's Bay from Lion's Gate
Table Mountain from Lion's Gate
Cape Town from Lion's Gate
Lion's Gate: ruined

As much as I'd love this to be a one off, alas the same thing happened at half way through our trail marathon.
View from 3500ft to Franschhoek
The 17.5k we still have to run, at least it's down hill
Franschhoek-Stellenbosch: ruined
Just prove it runs in the family

Next stop Tri Topia in a weeks time, more lovely views await being ruined by my ugly mug!
