Another (almost) live clip of, yard for yard, perhaps the most famous beach in the world, Dig Me beach. Great AM swim all the way to the turn-around, alas, no Espresso yacht yet (although it turns out it's a catamaran). Those of you who know me are well aware how much I've been looking forward to this part of Kona.

You've really found yourself a tropical paradise there. Wow. So you know, Yorkshire's being buffeted by 75mph winds and a decidedly autumnal drop in temperature.
Feeling goos about race prep, I hope. Another week to take in the scenery first though - how awful.
I wish that were the case. The video blogs are the only time I'm outside all day outside of training.
I certainly ain't complaining cos Life. Is. Good. but most of the day is spent sitting/lying on the coach enduring the programme:advert ratio of 1.5:1.
Certainly not complaining about the temp. How's law school and, more importantly, the band? Should be able to come and catch you guys at some point in the off season. Maybe even have a beer or two!
